Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Skydive Newcastle:

Only available to people living in Australia. Will have to show some form of local ID . Bookings must be made, and jump completed by November(unless cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and rebooked). No refund available once booked. Bookings are required and subject to availability. Minimum age is 12 years Non transferable and not available with any other offer. Weight restrictions and surchages over 95kgs apply and subject to Tandem Master on the day.

North Queensland Wildscapes:

24 hours no refund unless due to extreme weather conditions 48 hours full refund less booking fee of 20%

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us. Please contact us directly if you have had anything other than a great experience with Sky Dance Airways. We would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to give you an exceptional service. Oceanic Victor:

Customers may make changes to their bookings up to 24 hours prior to visiting, these changes are made by the Agent on the Rezdy online booking platform. If a customer wishes to cancel their booking the following conditions apply; • A confirmed order is locked in. Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the original booking time, but is non-refundable. • A pending order may be cancelled with a full refund. • No shows are non-refundable. • Cancellations of confirmed orders inside 7 days prior to the visit are non-refundable. Oceanic Victor operates in a marine environment, and there is an inherent risk of cancellation due to heavy weather. Oceanic Victor reserves the right to cancel visits if extreme weather or other conditions pose a threat to the safety of customers. In the event of cancellation by the operator, customers will be re-booked for an alternative date or provided with a full refund. Refunds will only be provided to the person who made the booking.
