Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Western Travel Bug:

* non arrival or less than 72 hours notice before departure - no refund * more than 72 hours notice before departure - 25% non commissionable refund * cancellation fees apply as soon as Western Travel Bug accept/confirm reservation

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

HARTLEYS CROCODILE ADVENTURES:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Troll Tours- Sydney and Hunter Valley Tours:

TROLL TOURS HARLEY TRIKE AND MOTORBIKE TOURS: Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee. TROLL TOURS: TOUR CONDITIONS: “TROLL TOURS” reserve the right to alter or modify itinerary if prevailing weather, road conditions or adverse conditions require such change.

Cape Trib Connections:

48 Hours-30 days 25% of fare within 48 Hours 100% of fare

Whitsundays Sailing Adventures:

Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include airfares. Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of full price. We reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason. We recommend you take out travel insurance. Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion. At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise. Accordingly, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any injury to person or property which is suffered or sustained by any passenger as a result of participating in any of its sailing adventures, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
